How to create tar.gz archive file in windows?

First, compress it to tar using 7-zip and then to gzip using 7-zip.

Download 7-zip from www.7-zip.org and install it.

Then use add to archive method

 and select Archive format as tar and press OK.

 then again right click on the tar file and select Add to archive

 change Archive format to gzip and press OK

Now you will get a tar.gz file
